Michael Burke | President
As president of Spectralux Corporation, Michael is responsible for the success of the company. He holds a bachelors degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech. He is a member of Vistage, a CEO membership organization and participates in numerous industry forums. He was formerly marketing manager for IDD Aerospace and the new business development manager for Korry Electronics. Mr. Burke is a former US Navy aviator and is an instrument-rated commercial pilot.
Robert Bernstein | Director, Engineering
Building on 25 years of experience in product development and strategic management, Robert Bernstein oversees Spectralux design engineering, research and development, manufacturing engineering, and document control. He holds a bachelors degree from Penn State, MBA from University of Washington-Bothell, and has trained extensively in statistical process control, and lean manufacturing. Prior to Spectralux, he worked as lighting engineering manager for Korry Electronics, and is a member of SID and ALI. He successfully managed transition into production of the world’s smallest VDL Mode 2-capable ACARS product.
Gary Glynn | Director, Sales and Marketing
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Gary Glynn manages and coordinates all marketing activities and development of new business and growth opportunities. Gary has held sales, marketing, new business development and general management positions with AlliedSignal Aerospace, Honeywell International and Rockwell Collins. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management. He maintains a certified flight instructor certificate and Air Transport Pilot license.
Brian Brooks | Director, Operations
Brian Brooks has contributed to Spectralux for more than two decades, and now works as operations manager responsible for fabrication, assembly, purchasing, materials management, process control, and master scheduling. He holds an associate of applied science degree in electronic engineering. He is on the Spectralux team that implements lean manufacturing and activity-based costing principles.

Scott McCammant | Director, Finance
As the Director of Finance for Spectralux Corporation, Scott is responsible for all aspects of the corporation’s financial strategies, processes and administrative operations. Scott’s 20+ years in aerospace finance includes prior experience in the areas of contracts, government finance, planning, accounting and reporting, cost estimating, and Information Technology. Prior to joining Spectralux, Scott was with The Boeing Company and most recently Panasonic Avionics. He holds a bachelors of science degree in finance from Central Washington University.
